3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Only event managers/administrators need to create accounts. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for security reasons

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Usage limits reset monthly
• Exceeding limits may require plan upgrade
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Plan Changes and Cancellation

• You may upgrade or downgrade at any time
• Changes take effect immediately
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Data may be deleted after cancellation

• Documenting your use of BAQS in course materials (e.g., syllabus) if participation may be graded
• Informing students about data collection and how participation data may be used
• Ensuring students are 18+ (higher education only - not for K-12)

8. Service Availability and Support

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice

• Paid plans: Email support within 24-48 hours
• Professional plan: Priority support

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• You use the service at your own risk
