3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Only event managers/administrators need to create accounts. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for security reasons

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and capabilities. Current pricing, plan features, and usage limits are available at baqs.ai/billing/pricing. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in writing
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes

Plan Changes and Cancellation

• You may change or cancel your subscription at any time
• Changes and cancellations are processed according to your current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
